These terms apply when you use Lullog ("the app"), made by Chungkyeong Lee. By using the app you agree to them.
The app is free for personal use. It shows a small banner ad from Google AdMob after a 14-day ad-free period. Please don't misuse the app or its ads, for example by trying to break its security, reselling it, or clicking ads on purpose to generate revenue.
Everything you log stays on your phone, and you are responsible for it, including keeping your phone's backup on if you want a copy. Voice recognition can mishear; check entries that matter and edit them when needed. When you share a summary, you choose who receives it.
Lullog is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical, feeding or sleep advice. Reminders are only timers you set. Always follow your pediatrician or a health professional, and in an emergency call your local emergency number. Don't rely on the app alone for decisions about your baby's health.
We may change, pause or end the app or any feature at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Chungkyeong Lee is not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
